Shipping policy

At Sovereign Watch Co., we are dedicated to ensuring your cherished timepiece reaches you efficiently and safely. This policy outlines our shipping procedures and expectations.

 

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays) after the order is placed. Orders placed after 12:00 PM (local time) on a Friday, or over the weekend, will begin processing on the following Monday. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

 

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates

We offer various shipping options to meet your needs. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

  • Standard Shipping (Domestic): Estimated 5-10 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping (Domestic): Estimated 2-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: Estimated 7-21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Sovereign Watch Co. is not responsible for unforeseen delays caused by carriers or customs.

 

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address, chosen shipping method, and the weight/dimensions of your order. Free shipping promotions will be clearly stated on our website.

 

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package's journey through the carrier's website.

 

5. International Shipping

Sovereign Watch Co. proudly ships internationally. Please be aware of the following:

  • Customs Duties & Taxes: For international orders, import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to purchasing.
  • Customs Delays: International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, which can cause delays beyond original delivery estimates.
  • Restricted Countries: We currently ship to a wide range of countries, but some restrictions may apply due to carrier limitations or legal regulations. If we are unable to ship to your location, you will be notified promptly.

6. Delivery Issues

  • Lost or Stolen Packages: If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property and with neighbors. If you still cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. After filing a claim, please notify us at support@sovereignwatchco.com with the claim number.
  • Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage (both packaging and product) and contact us immediately at support@sovereignwatchco.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to resolve the issue.
  • Incorrect Address: It is the customer's responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping fees. Refunds will not be issued for items lost due to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
